Section 5.8, page 101, third line from the end of the section: y = x K_system has to be replaced by: x = y K_system

Chapter 7:

Section 7.2, page 130, Eq. 7.1: W(i-x+2,j-y+2) (i.e. matrix element, not an index)

Chapter 11:

Section 11.6, page 189: The sensitivity was defined as: S_sensor = Delta z /Delta V_sensor. Actually, defining S_sensor = Delta V_sensor / Delta z would be better.

Chapter 16:

Section 16.2.2, on page 278, starting three lines after Eq. (16.33) the following text in this section was revised here
